This week I was presented with the option of a warranty on a product that would cover completely fixing whatever broke on said item for a set number of years.  The cost of this warranty I thought exceeded the value in my opinion.  A few days later I listened to someone share how the warranty they were sold did not live up to the expectations of the salesman’s pitch.  They were severely disappointed.  I imagine you’ve had disappointment with the stated “guarantee” of various items in your life.

I’m here to remind and assure you that God’s guarantees can be trusted and are sure to be fulfilled.  His promises are “Yes and Amen!”

One such guarantee is found in the book of Hebrews:

“So Jesus has also become the guarantee(warranty/surety) of a better covenant.  24)  But because He remains forever, He holds His priesthood permanently. 25)  Therefore, He is always able to save those who come to God through Him, since He always lives to intercede for them.” Hebrews 7:22-25 

May we rejoice and praise God for the blessing of peace that comes from trusting His plan and promises.
