Sunday 9:30am Bible Fellowship
Sunday 10:30am Main Worship
Looking for a new church can be difficult. We have created an environment for people wanting to know more about Cornerstone, who we are, what we believe and how we work. This no-pressure introduction to Cornerstone is intended to help you in your process of finding a church that is right for you.
Our next introduction to who we are is this Sunday at 10:30am.
Jesus said, “Come follow me”. Our prayer, therefore, is to help all individuals understand God better and enjoy the blessing of following Jesus Christ.
“The Great Commission”
“Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you. And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age.”
To make disciples by helping people get connected to…
Worship the Lord in Spirit and in Truth.
Draw Nearer to the Father.
This Sunday, hundreds will gather here to sing praises to God, listen to His Word, and respond with faith and obedience. Since worship services are usually the first experience one has with the church, it’s important to us to seek to create an environment in worship that provides for an encounter with the living God.
Prepare God’s people for works of service.
Connect with His Family.
We gather in small groups, children to seniors, for the teaching of God’s Word, genuine fellowship, and prayer support. They are the place where we not only learn about our faith but also where we take care of one another, the Family.
Go and make disciples of all nations.
Go into the Fields and share your faith.
Our Mission IS the Great Commission.
As we have gathered to be equipped, we scatter to share our faith, locally and globally. Everyone is encouraged to wisely steward their time, talents, and treasures to serve the Lord and each other, in the church, in our community, and in the world. We seek to provide specific opportunities for everyone to have a place of service.
“Truth, Love, and Service.”
– 2 Timothy 3:16-17 All Scripture is inspired by God.
It is our intent to “rightly divide the Truth”, to teach and learn what the Bible has to say. So many times we are studying from other books and we forget to look and see what the Bible has to say.
– Matthew 22:36-40 Love the Lord, Love your neighbor.
We demonstrate, live and practice correct Biblical relationships and Love others to the fullest.
– Matthew 23:11 The greatest…will be your servant.
Every member of the “Body of Christ” has gifts and talents given to them by the Holy Spirit to be used in serving the Body. We all have a function to fill, something to do that God has uniquely qualified us to perform. We will strive to encourage each other to do that.
